a. Profile Creation:

User profile creation on the Website is enabled through login via Discord service.

b. Information Collected via Discord:

When logging in via Discord, we may access certain basic information from your Discord account, such as your Discord Username, unique Discord User ID, and Avatar URL. This information is used to create and manage your user profile on the Website.

c. User Responsibility:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Discord account details and for all activities that occur under your user profile on the Website.

d. Discord Privacy Policy:

Your use of Discord is subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing them.

4. Limitation of Liability

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Website shall be vested in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
